Our Process
We use your part files and input to create a gripper jaw design that functions reliably over the long haul. We can make individual jaws or supply a turn key part handling solution. All gripper jaws are produced on custom fixtures that match the grippers geometry so the gripper jaws line up perfectly, every time. All materials used are traceable back to original certification. Polishing, electropolishing, textured finishes, special features, and intricate geometry are no problem.
Applications
You will find our gripper jaws handling critical life science components, feeding slippery materials that are difficult to grip, moving delicate and ESD sensitive electronics, and standing up to abrasive materials for hundreds of thousands of cycles.
